Bruschetta

2 Red Tomatoes

1/2 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar

1/3 Teaspoon of Salt and Black Pepper

2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A few fresh Bagette slices 

A few leaves of Basil for garnish (Optional) 

Dice the tomatoes 

Pour tomatoes into a bowl

Add in Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Sugar and Balsamic Vinegar 

Brush Olive Oil onto Bagette slices 

Toast Bagette slices in toaster/oven for 4 minutes on medium heat

Place Bruschetta mixture onto Bagette slices 

Garnish with Basil (optional)

Ready to serve!
